Arsenal defender Calum Chambers is looking forward to what will be a very special encounter on Thursday, when the Gunners take on his former club Southampton at St Mary's.
The 19-year-old signed for Arsenal in the summer for a reported £16million, and he swiftly proved adept both at right-back and at centre-back, with Arsene Wenger's side suffering a defensive injury crisis that tested the squad to its limits.
Those problems have eased somewhat in recent times, and Chambers took to Twitter on Wednesday to write, "Back to where it all started tomorrow."
Chambers became the third youth team product to leave Southampton for Arsenal in recent years, following in the footsteps of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott, and all three will be looking forward to visiting a ground that holds very special memories.
