The younger brother of Eden Hazard has been in top form for Borussia Monchengladbach this weekend.
Chelsea have plenty of young players out on loan at various clubs across Europe at the moment. But not many of those players will have older brothers currently in the Chelsea first-team.
Thorgan Hazard however does.
The younger brother of Eden has impressed for the past two seasons out on loan with Belgian side Zulte Waregem.
He won countless awards and his first international call-up during his time in the Belgian Pro League. With first-team opportunities at Chelsea unlikely he was made available for loan again this summer.
In the end Borussia Monchengladbach were the lucky recipients of the talented attacking midfielder.
Gladbach have been using him sporadically this term but this weekend they handed him a start. He began on the left-hand side of midfield against Hertha Berlin and he had an excellent game.
He got started by setting up Tony Jantschke for the opening goal, whipping in a delightful free-kick as Gladbach took a ninth minute lead.
After goals from Julian Schieber for Hertha and Rafael giving Gladbach the lead again Hazard scored, his first goal in the Bundesliga.
Despite former Chelsea forward Salomon Kalou scoring in injury time Hazard's heroics proved enough for the high-flying Borussia Monchengladbach.
