Arsenal morning news: Gunners linked with moves for Chiriches and Hernandez

A round up of news stories this morning about Arsenal.

Arsenal are reportedly among five clubs considering moves for Tottenham defender Vlad Chiriches.

The Romanian’s future at White Hart Lane now appears to be in extreme doubt as he considers his options.

Roma and Inter Milan are thought to be among the other interested parties.

Swansea City manager Garry Monk has refused to rule out a loan move for Joel Campbell.

Arsenal are thought to be open to loaning out the Costa Rican, with Swansea one of the sides thought to be interested in him.

“Of course we are looking at players but in terms of who we are looking at, until something concrete comes up, I will keep names to myself,” he said.

Arsenal are also being linked with a £12 million move for Manchester United owned Javier Hernandez.

The Mexican’s loan side Real Madrid have just announced that they are not going to pursue a permanent deal for the forward.

Spurs could provide competition, as they have been linked with him in the past.
