Let's cast our eyes back to this exact day, the 28th November 2014, but a year earlier.
What were the main tales from that day? What big events were happening in Premier League football?
Here are some of the big scoops from the 28th November 2013…
Rakitic for Abramovich
The Croatian had been in great form for the Spanish side and was open to a move in the upcoming summer. He was also believed to be available at a cut-price fee, so his signature seemed likely.
Rakitic had rejected contract approaches from Sevilla and Chelsea joined in the race subsequently.
However, he never made the move to Chelsea, instead he joined Barcelona in the summer - as a replacement for Cesc Fabregas, who did join the Premier League side.
Clause for Gustavo
Arsenal were alerted to the fact that long-term target Luiz Gustavo was available for transfer - because of a release clause in his deal at Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg.
The fee was not revealed for the player, who cost Wolfsburg £17 million in the summer, but Arsenal were bound to be keen on a player who can play at both holding midfield and central defence.
But no deal ever happened and Gustavo is happy at the Volkswagen Arena.
