Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann tweets Game Awards tease

Uncharted 4 Nate Drake

Something is coming up at the Game Awards has Druckmann “very excited,” may the speculation commence!

Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann (The Last of Us, Uncharted 4) has told Twitter that he’s “very excited” about something coming up at the Game Awards 2014 next week.

“Saw a sneak peek of something that’s happening at @thegameawards that has me very excited. Can’t wait. See you on Friday, Vegas,” reads his tweet.

What is to come we can only guess. Should it be something from within Naughty Dog then it could possibly be a Uncharted collection remaster for PS4, some new footage or gameplay from Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End or something new coming to The Last of Us. We’re not ruling out a new game although it’s a bit of a long shot, but you never know.

Of course, Druckmann could be enthralled by something from a completely different developer, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Game Awards host Geoff Keighley has revealed this week that Hideo Kojima of Metal Gear Solid fame will be debuting the new Metal Gear Online during the event.

The Game Awards takes place next Friday, 5th December in Las Vegas. You can catch up with action via a number of services including Steam, Twitch, YouTube, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.
