Everton fans react on Twitter to Osman's display against West Ham

Leon Osman scored what proved to be the winner against West Ham United but what did Toffees fans make of his performance?

Everton midfielder Leon Osman had a match to remember this weekend, marking his 400th appearance for the Toffees with the winning goal against West Ham United.

Romelu Lukaku opened the scoring for the home side in the 26th minute before Mauro Zarate levelled for the Hammers; but Osman slid in at the back post to finish a Samuel Eto'o cross.

The win means Everton moved up to ninth in the table, just two points away from the top four.

Osman has divided opinion down the years but fans were at one in their praise for the 33-year-old attacking midfielder after his latest display.

The goal was Osman's second of the season and his 54th of a fine career at Goodison Park.
