Sergio Ermotti was challenged by Marc Walder, Chief Executive Officer of Swiss media company Ringier and Gianluigi Bianchi, Managing Partner for Europe of Wealth-X to undertake the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
As well as accepting the challenge, he will make a contribution to a Swiss-based charity.
Ermotti decided to challenge all his UBS Group Executive Board colleagues. He also nominated Swiss entrepreneur Ernesto Bertarelli and FIFA'S head of referees Massimo Busacca.
