Argentina defender Marcos Rojo is ready to return to action for Sporting Lisbon.
Manchester United linked defender is attempting to rebuild bridges with Sporting Lisbon.
Marcs Rojo told the club's television station, quoted by MaisFutebol: "I return to training on Monday morning with my colleagues."
Rojo went on strike in the middle of last week in an attempt to try to force through a move to Manchester United.
Sporting Lisbon have held firm over the player, the situation complicated by his contract being 75 per cent owned by a third party company who they are in direct dispute with.
Rojo went onto state he is looking forward to playing football again, having missed out on the club's opening Primeira Liga game away to Academia.
His decision illustrates a transfer to Manchester United appears further away than he had envisaged last week, and he is coming around to the fact it may not happen at all.
United are looking increasingly desperate to add players, having lost their opening game 2-1 to Swansea, and having a raft of injuries in the squad.
A deal for Rojo is not dead, but it certainly is not imminent.
