CONFIRMED: Crystal Palace & Manchester City line-ups

Here is how Crystal Palace and Manchester City will line up for this afternoon's Premier League match at Selhurst Park...

Crystal Palace starting XI: Speroni, Mariappa, Dann, Delaney, Ward, Jedinak, Ledley, Bolasie, Puncheon, Chamakh, Jerome.

Subs: Hennessey, Gabbidon, Parr, Dikgacoi, Ince, Gayle, Murray.

Manchester City starting XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany. Demichelis, Kolarov, Javi Garcia, Yaya Toure, Milner, Nasri, Aguero, Dzeko.

Subs: Pantilimon, Lescott, Richards, Clichy, Fernandinho, Jovetic, Negredo.

With Liverpool and Chelsea facing off against each other this afternoon, Manchester City have the perfect chance to close the gap at the top of the Premier League.

Manuel Pellegrini's side will be looking to build on Monday's 3-1 win over West Bromwich Albion with another victory today, though the absence of playmaker David Silva is a blow.

City still have a game in hand on their title rivals, and will need to win every game if they are to stand any chance of reclaiming top spot in the Premier League this season.

Their opponents Crystal Palace are currently on a superb five game winning streak, as manager Tony Pulis has pulled off a miracle by leading the Eagles to safety with games to spare.

A win over City today would see them move into the top half of the Premier League table for the first time this season, and with four clean sheets in the last five games, Pulis' men are a tough nut to crack.
