It isn't just the fans and management at Tottenham who are unhappy with Stoke's Charlie Adam, it's the players too.
Adam has been under-fire after injuring Spurs star Paulinho at the weekend, with scans today confirming the Brazilian will miss four weeks of action with an ankle injury.
Adam has a history with Spurs, twice injuring Gareth Bale when he was at the club, leading to the Welshman to criticise his opponent claiming a vendetta, which Adam denied.
After this incident Spurs sources are claimed to have told the press they have complained to the FA about the tackle.
Popular midfielder and compatriot Sandro has joined the furore, warning Adam he is watching him via his Instagram page - as seen above.
Adam last night had this to say via Twitter in defence of the incident:
Just for the record and to the people tweeting me abuse saying so, I don't and never have had anything against @SpursOfficial— Charlie Adam (@Charlie26Adam) December 30, 2013
