West Ham: Official top 3 Premier League players so far for 2013-14

East End strugglers have three Englishmen as standout performers.

Still waiting for their record signing Andy Carroll to play for the first time this season, West Ham have dearly suffered from a lack of a quality player to play up top. Possessing a decent defence, and with their three top players all coming from midfield, the big Geordie's return to fitness should coincide with a surge up the league.

1. Mark Noble

Mark Noble might have hoped to have gotten into Roy Hodgson's experimental England squad after impressing for his boyhood team. Having played over 250 times for the Hammers, Noble is an idol to the Upton Park fans, and will be hoping to have his strongest season yet in a team full of Hodgson candidates.
