The former Manchester United skipper has urged fans to give the new boy a chance.
Marouane Fellaini has come in for a bit of stick early on into his United career, and had recently found himself dropped from the first team.
The £27.5 million deadline day signing has however found his way back into the starting line-up courtesy of Michael Carrick's injury, and will hope to start showing what he can do.
Ahead of United's Champions League encounter with Real Sociedad, in which Fellaini starts, former skipper Roy Keane has urged fans to be patient with the new signing.
He told ITV Sport: "He has a big physcial presence, but has not got up and running so far.
"I think we should give the player an opportunity to grow into becoming a Manchester United player.. give him a chance."
David Moyes knows how to get the best out of the Belgian having worked with him at Everton, and will hope benching the midfield in recent weeks will have the desired effect.
Fellaini was thrown straight in, but has had to adapt to new surroundings, playing style and a new type of pressure which comes with being a United player.
The game against Sociedad is his third Champions League start, and if he can put in a solid performance and give his manager a selection problem ahead of the Arsenal match on Sunday then he certainly will have accomplished his task for now.
Will Fellaini come good? What do you think?
