Tottenham Hotspur signing Erik Lamela has vowed to hit his stride at the club.

Spurs’ £30 million summer signing has found first team chances hard to come by following his move from AS Roma.

“I feel good here, although getting used to life here in every sense is a completely different thing. I've barely been here two months, so time is maybe what I need,” said Lamela.

Tottenham youngster Harry Kane wants to emulate the success of first team midfielder Andros Townsend.

Similarly to Townsend, Kane has found his career at the club marked by loan spells away as he’s grown older.

“I think this is a year that I can break through. When you get your chances you have to take them and tell the gaffer what you can do and hopefully I did that against Hull,” Kane told the Daily Mail.
