Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has surprisingly made the travelling squad for this week’s Champion’s League final preparations in Marbella.

Liverpool have officially begun their final preparations for what is undoubtedly their biggest game of the season: the Champions League final against defending European champions Real Madrid.
And it seems Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is pulling out all the stops to ensure his side has the best possible chance of lifting the trophy on the night in Kiev. One extremely surprising addition cropping up this morning is that of German midfield enforcer Emre Can.

Can, 24, has been out receiving treatment for a back injury sustained in March, but he miraculously seems well enough to return and fight for contention in Klopp’s biggest game since joining the Reds; although his fitness is still being assessed day-by-day, according to Liverpool’s official website.
While the German international is undoubtedly a quality player, fans have taken exception to the news, with many claiming the Juventus linked midfielder (according to Sky Sports), does not deserve the opportunity in Kiev.
Here is the reaction:
It seems relatively unanimous at this stage that Can is not wanted back in the squad by Liverpool fans, especially not for their biggest game of the campaign. with the likes of Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum and James Milner all performing brilliantly in recent times.
