Arsenal teenager managed to impress despite team’s defeat.

The Europa League final was quite simply horrible for Arsenal, losing 4-1 to rivals Chelsea.
After a long journey to Baku, Arsenal had hoped to give their fans something more to cheer.
The only bright spots came late on, with Alex Iwobi scoring a well taken consolation, and teenager Joe Willock nearly netting a second.
Willock replaced Mesut Ozil, who had a disappointing game when so much more was expected of him.
Ex- Gunners prospect Emmanuel Frimpong praised Willock and said he impressed him even more than Ozil.
Willock managed four shots at goal during his 14 minutes on the pitch.
Ozil didn’t attempt any in his 76 minute performance.
19-year-old Willock has laid down a marker to Unai Emery to give him more chances next season.
