Tottenham are linked with Turkish whizkid Cengiz Under.
Tottenham Hotspur are attempting to sign Turkish whizkid Cengiz Under, who is impressing at Super Lig side Istanbul Basaksehir, The Times reported this week.
Under is a 19-year-old winger who is a regular for his side, and a teammate of former Tottenham vice-captain Emmanuel Adebayor.
The youngster is a player Adebayor rates highly, with the Togolese striker commenting last month that he believes he can become a well renowned star.

Adebayor was quoted by Ajansspor: “A very talented footballer. If he takes care of himself and maintains his development, it may be a great name to be familiar with Europe.”
Links to Tottenham have boosted Under’s profile while BeIN Sports Turkey reported that Manchester United have sent scouts to watch him in action.
Adebayor has been the recipient of Under’s assists this season, getting his own career back on track at the low profile Turkish side.

The striker remarkably was still being paid by Spurs this time last year even while at Crystal Palace, and is currently enjoying his best season since 2013/14, scoring seven times in 12 games for Basaksehir.
Spurs appear in lead position to sign Cengiz Under but they face competition from Marcelo Bielsa coached Ligue 1 side Lille, Mercato365 report.
