Wolverhampton Wanderers have been lacking a clinical finisher all campaign.

According to The Sunday People (print edition, page 49, Sunday, November 18, 2018), Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in Emiliano Sala and he would be a brilliant addition to their squad.

Wolves have lacked a clinical finisher so far this season, and even though they have acclimatised well to playing at the top level, the arrival of Sala could take them to the next level.

Few strikers across Europe are in better form than the Nantes man, who has hit 11 goals in 12 games in Ligue 1.

The powerful striker has proven that he can hit the back of the net when provided with an opportunity, and his arrival at Molineux would surely delight Nuno.

Raul Jimenez has led the line well for Wolves this term, but the Mexican does not look like a prolific scorer in the Premier League.

There has been times when Wolves’ lack of ruthlessness in front of goal has let them down this term.

But with Sala involved there would be no such worries, and his arrival could really make Wolves a force to be reckoned with over the second half of the campaign.
