Leeds United are being linked with a number of goalkeepers.

Leeds United’s promotion push under Marcelo Bielsa continues, having beaten Derby County 2-0 at Elland Road on Friday night.
The Whites sit top of the Championship table and are hot favourites to win the title, but Bielsa may need one key addition to get over the line.
Another goalkeeper is needed, with Bailey Peacock-Farrell a little inexperienced and inconsistent, whilst Jamal Blackman’s loan stay from Chelsea was cut short through injury.
Now, the Daily Mail report that Leeds are interested in signing Arsenal’s Emiliano Martinez, one of Bielsa’s fellow Argentinians.
Martinez, 26, hasn’t made a single appearance this season, and he must be desperate to make a move to Elland Road in order to kickstart his career.
The goalkeeper is at an age now where he needs to be playing regularly, and to go from the Arsenal wilderness to a team contending for a place in the Premier League next season would be ideal after many lost years at – and away from – Arsenal, having been on loan a number of occasions.

The problem for Martinez is that he might not be Bielsa’s first choice. The report notes that Real Madrid’s Kiko Casilla is ahead of Martinez in the list of priorities, and the Yorkshire Evening Post claim a medical will take place soon.
That may leave Martinez so sit and wait to see what happens with Casilla’s move to Elland Road. A late hitch may be the only thing that can keep alive hopes of a move to Leeds, which would be an incredible move for the goalkeeper this month.
