Barcelona’s Emerson has been the top target, despite the fact that he only joined Barcelona from Real Betis this summer.
The Brazilian hasn’t started the season as Barca’s first-choice right back, and that seemingly gave Tottenham major hope of a deal.
Now, Fabrizio Romano claims that all the terms have been agreed and the medical has been completed, with a €30million (£26million) deal done.
The 22-year-old impressed with Betis and now looks set for England – especially after seeing his Instagram activity today.
Tottenham fans have spotted that Emerson has just started following Tottenham’s official Instagram account, pointing towards a move.
Tottenham are Emerson’s most recent follow, and fans believe that is a hint that the deal is imminent.
It looks like Emerson will be a Tottenham player by the end of the day, and keep tabs on his Instagram for a photo of him in a Spurs shirt.
