Leeds United have reportedly rejected a bid for Jack Clarke – and a lot of Whites fans think it seems a silly offer.

According to the print edition of Saturday’s Daily Mirror, Crystal Palace lodged a £3 million bid for the Leeds gem.

The 18-year-old is one of biggest young talents in the Championship and it’s clear that the Elland Road club have a potential star on their hands.

With that in mind, here’s how fans of the West Yorkshire side reacted to reports of Palace only offering £3 million for his services.

That being said, a big-money offer doesn’t make a great deal of sense.

Leeds haven’t signed up the youngster to a long-term deal as of yet and of course Palace are going to try and lure him away as cheaply as possible.

You would hope that Marcelo Bielsa can convince him to stay at Elland Road because, as proven today, he is nowhere near the finished article and working under the Argentine for a few more years could do wonders for him.
