Ian Wright and Nuno Tavares have praised Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli on Instagram for his performance against Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal won 3-2 against Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in North London yesterday.
Martinelli scored the opening goal for the Gunners in the very first minute.
The 21-year-old Brazil international forward also provided the assist for Arsenal’s second goal.
Arsenal legend Ian Wright has described Martinelli as “elite” on Instagram, while 22-year-old Portuguese left-back Tavares – now on loan at Marseille from the Gunners – has also praised him.

In our opinion, Gabriel Martinelli is a hugely exciting talent and is an important figure at Arsenal.
The Brazilian is in great form at the moment and has established himself as one of the first names on the Arsenal teamsheet.
Martineli has scored four goals and provided two assists in nine Premier League matches for Arsenal so far this season.
Arsenal are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season and could even challenge for the title.
The Gunners are also competing in the UEFA Europa League.
If Mikel Arteta’s side are to be successful this season, then, in our view, Martinelli will have to be on top of his game throughout.
