The Gunners have shown a lot of faith in Smith Rowe, not only by giving him a new deal but by giving him the number 10 shirt.

Edu certainly believes that the 20-year-old has what it takes to be a real star in the future, praising him after signing his new contract.

What’s been said?

Edu had nothing but good things to say about Smith Rowe.

“It’s great to see another young player develop through our academy system to become a key part of our first team. Emile is a player who represents the future of the club and this is why we have given him the No 10 shirt. We have trust in Emile and we know he has the potential to be a beautiful player for many years to come,” Edu said.
