Eddie Nketiah scored his third goal for Leeds United in the Carabao Cup clash with Stoke.

Leeds lost the game on penalties after a 2-2 draw in normal time.

Leeds were 2-0 down at half-time after Danny Batth and Sam Vokes scored. The Whites then responded, with Nketiah pouncing on a mistake from Jack Butland.

Helder Costa scored an equaliser with just under 10 minutes to go but Leeds could not find a winner.

Leeds lost on penalties, with Jack Harrison missing the decisive spot kick.

Nketiah sent a message to fans after the final whistle.

The Arsenal youngster has had a very promising start at Leeds, and scored the winner over Brentford last week.

He now has three Leeds goals to his name.

Leeds’ sole focus is now on the Championship, where they sit top of the table after five games, with four wins and a draw.
