Former Leeds loanee White has joined Arsenal from Brighton and Hove Albion.

Nketiah played with White at Leeds, and the Arsenal striker has posted the following message on Twitter, welcoming the 23-year-old to the Emirates Stadium.

White did well for Brighton last season and helped the Seagulls stay in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old, who can play as a right-back or in midfield, will now hope to kick on at Arsenal and help in the Gunners’ quest to finish in the Premier League top four.

Yes, White has played just one season in the Premier League, but the youngster has consistently shown how good he is.

The youngster was playing for Newport County not so long ago, and he has developed and improved a lot since.
