Celtic’s Scott Allan will be joining Hibernian this summer.

Hibernian caretaker boss Eddie May has told The Scottish Sun that Scott Allan won’t let his imminent move to Easter Road distract him if he plays for Celtic against his future employers tonight.
Celtic host May’s side at Parkhead this evening and a familiar face could potentially be waiting for the visitors.
Allan, who impressed during a half-season loan in Leith last season, will be returning to Hibs this summer after signing a pre-contract agreement last month.
In fact, the 27-year-old would already be there, but the Hoops rejected the Edinburgh’s side attempts to sign him in January instead of the summer.
That indicates that Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers may have been reluctant to lose him and therefore the Northern Irishman could use Allan – yet to kick a ball for the Bhoys this season – at Paradise tonight.
But if that materialises, May is certain that the former Scotland Under-21 midfielder is professional enough to focus on helping his current club rather than his future one.
He told The Scottish Sun: “If he plays l would expect him to do really well. He is a professional guy and he’ll want to showcase his talents. So we’ll have to try and counteract that and stop him playing.
“At least we know all about him. We know him very, very well. So if Scott is to play he’ll do his utmost to get Celtic the three points.”
In truth, Rodgers has an abundance of stupidly-talented midfielders and Allan’s failure to get a game this season is a reflection on the competition, not his own ability.
