Tottenham Hotspur failed to win against Bournemouth in the Premier League at the weekend.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has told The Independent that Tottenham Hotspur are very much in the Premier League title race this season.
Howe made the comments following Tottenham’s goalless draw with Bournemouth away from home at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Spurs were far from their best against the Cherries, who should be pleased with their performance.
Bournemouth manager Howe has said that Tottenham are still in the title race this season.
The Englishman has pointed out the North London outfit’s defensive record to back his opinion.

“They’re still unbeaten and have still not conceded in open play, which speaks volumes for the work they do on the training pitch,” Howe told The Independent about Tottenham. “I think they’re contenders, I really do.
“It was a high-quality game today and they’re right up there with the teams we’ve played this season.”

Tottenham have failed to win any of their last three competitive matches. Mauricio Pochettino’s side, though, are just a point behind leaders Manchester City and are very much in the race for Premier League title this season.
Spurs are also in a good position to progress to the last 16 of the Champions League this season.
The North London outfit will return to action on Tuesday evening when they take on Premier League rivals Liverpool away from home at Anfield in the fourth round of the EFL Cup.
