Today was pretty bittersweet for Newcastle United.
Alexander Isak scored a last-minute goal to give them a 1-0 victory over Fulham at St James’s Park.
But there is an injury concern lurking in the background of the supporters’ minds.
Bruno Guimaraes went off injured midway through the contest.

And Newcastle boss Eddie Howe has admitted he was in ‘distress’ after twisting his ankle.
He told Sky Sports: “Bruno was very distressed. He was in a lot of pain. He twisted his ankle and felt he could run it off. In the end he needed to be withdrawn.”
Newcastle are back up to third in the Premier League standings and only seven points behind Arsenal, as things stand.
They have coped well with losing Isak and Allan Saint-Maximin this season, but it remains to be seen how they will fare without the Brazil international.
Guimaraes has been a massive player for the Magpies since joining 12 months ago.
He really makes them tick in ways which Isak and Saint-Maximin arguably do not.
And therefore it could potentially detrimental for their campaign, as glittering as it’s been, if Guimaraes is out for an extended period of time.
