Gaetano Berardi is an important player for Leeds United.

Eddie Gray has spoken highly of Leeds United defender Gaetano Berardi to LUTV.
Berardi has been on the books of Leeds since the summer of 2014 when he joined from Italian club Sampdoria.
The 29-year-old is a right-footed full-back and has operated as a left-back so far this season.
The former Brescia star is at his best when deployed as a right-back, but the Switzerland international has done relatively well at left-back so far this campaign.

Berardi recently admitted to The Yorkshire Post that Leeds probably need a better left-back than him.
Leeds legend Gray, who both played for and managed the Whites, has praised the former Sampdoria star for his honesty and has also spoken highly of his character.

Former Leeds and Scotland international winger Gray, 69, told LUTV about Berardi: “He is a complex character. When I meet him off the field, he is kind, gentle, nice guy. On the field he can be a bit of a lunatic at times.
“I don’t mean that disrespectfully. He gets about people, he fires the crowd up, doesn’t let people get away from him easy, he is a hard man to get by.”
Leeds are seventh in the Championship table at the moment with 36 points from 22 matches, just a point behind sixth-placed Sheffield United.
The West Yorkshire outfit will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Hull City at Elland Road in the league.
