Tyler Roberts dazzled for Leeds United last night.

Leeds United legend Eddie Gray has been singing the praises of Tyler Roberts to LUTV.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side moved top of the Championship by demolishing promotion rivals West Bromwich Albion 4-0 at Elland Road on Friday night.
It was arguably Leeds’ finest performance of the season under the renowned Argentine.
There were several candidates for Man of the Match, including two-goal Patrick Bamford, but Gray has praised the ‘tremendous’ Roberts.
The 20-year-old, a £4 million signing under Thomas Christiansen in January of 2018 [Daily Mail], set up both of Bamford’s goals from the number 10 role.
Roberts has been hit and miss for United in what’s been a lukewarm first full season in West Yorkshire, but Gray feels that he showed the fans what he was capable of last night.
He told LUTV: “I thought a few of the players showed fans what they’re capable of, especially Tyler Roberts. He’s a good runner with the ball and he was picking balls up tonight and playing people in.
“I thought he was tremendous tonight.”
Consistency has been Roberts’s enemy this season, but if he can reproduce that level of display on a weekly basis from now until the end of the season then it’ll go a long way toward helping the Whites return to the Premier League.
