The 24-year-old has 11 goals for Leeds United this season.
Eddie Gray has told LUTV that in-form Leeds United striker Chris Wood should be aiming to reach the 25-goal mark this season.
The 24-year-old has been in fine form for the Whites this season and is a big reason as to why Garry Monk’s side sit sixth in the Championship.
Wood netted in the 3-2 win at Norwich City last week for what was his 11th goal of the campaign in all competitions – and eighth in the league.

It is a very fine goalscoring return for a man who was jeered by some sections of Leeds fans earlier in the season when United’s form was far from what it needed to be.
And Gray has challenged the New Zealand marksman to kick on and keep improving on his haul.
“He has got to be looking at 20 to 25,” he told LUTV.
“We are a top six side now, but if we have to maintain that or challenge the top two, he has got to get us 25 goals. If you look at the rest of them, there is no one who is going to score 20 goals.
“They are going to chip in with their fives and eights, but as long as he gets his 25, then you are going to win matches.”

Indeed, Wood is in a rich vein of goalscoring form, and he will certainly need to keep it up in order to preserve Leeds’ hopes of reaching the playoffs.
At the moment, he has no real competition for his shirt and sooner or later it may easily breed a sense of complacency in him.
