Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are linked with a move for Eamonn Brophy.

TEAMtalk has reported that Rangers want Eamonn Brophy as a potential replacement for Alfredo Morelos.
Despite his transgressions – i.e five red cards in one season – the fiery Rangers hitman is bound to attract interest from other clubs this summer.
And Brophy has apparently come up as one of the names Steven Gerrard is thinking about, in terms of a replacement.
The Scottish Sun reported on Sunday that the Ibrox side could announce the free transfer of Greg Stewart this week.
But a double deal absolutely won’t comfort the disappointed Rangers supporters if Morelos leaves. It would be underwhelming on a major scale.
Brophy and Stewart scored a combined 22 goals for Kilmarnock and Aberdeen last season. Morelos scored 30 by himself.
This is an exceptional goalscorer and even though the light Blues will also have Jermain Defoe, Gerrard needs a proper replacement for Morelos.
Two mediocre strikers isn’t the equivalent of one brilliant one, and the Rangers boss should keep that in mind if Brophy is deemed good enough to replace the South American.
