The prolific striker netted against Everton for Dynamo Kiev in the 2015 Europa League.

Ronald Koeman may not have been in charge of Everton during their 2014/15 Europa League jaunt but you wonder whether the club’s pursuit of Anderlecht targetman Lukas Teodorczyk, as reported by HVBL, has something to do with the fact that he gave their defender’s nightmares two seasons ago.
Scoring the second in a 5-2 thrashing of The Toffees in the Europa League Round-of-16 in March 2015, Teodorczyk caused endless problems for Phil Jagielka and the error-ridden Antolin Alcaraz in the second leg in Ukraine.
And while the 6ft striker may have been outshone by the likes of Miguel Veloso and Andriy Yarmolenko, he appears to have left a lasting impression on Everton.
According to HVBL, Everton are preparing to fight the likes of West Brom and AC Milan for the £15 million striker although Anderlecht, where he is spending the current season, could scupper the deal as they have an option to sign him permanently at the end of his loan spell.
And you would imagine the Belgian giants would attempt to take up that opportunity. In 38 games in all competitions, Teodorczyk has scored 26 times, including five in seven Europa League fixtures with Anderlecht on the verge of the quarter-finals. Just for the record, he has scored more goals this season than Romelu Lukaku, albeit in a much easier league.

Dynamo Kiev manager Sergei Rebrov is unwilling to hand the striker a second chance, HVBL add, meaning a summer departure looks inevitable. And you wonder whether a man who scored against Everton two years ago could find the net for them next season.
