Newcastle United beat Norwich City 4-3 in Championship action yesterday evening.

A host of Newcastle United players have celebrated on social media website Twitter, after their dramatic win against Norwich City yesterday.
Newcastle scored twice in injury time to come from behind to win 4-3 against Alex Neil’s side.
The three points were a major boost to Newcastle’s promotion hopes, even at this early stage of the season, and their players were understandably delighted with the result.
Newcastle had taken the lead in the first half when Dwight Gayle converted a Matt Ritchie cross.

At that stage, Newcastle looked to be by far the better team – but Norwich fired back when Graham Dorrans netted from the spot.
That goal seemed to rock Newcastle, and Norwich went on to score twice more in the second-half, with Cameron Jerome and Jacob Murphy both getting on the scoresheet for the visitors.

However, Newcastle came back fighting – with Gayle scoring twice and Yoan Gouffran finding the net to complete a remarkable comeback.
Newcastle are now up to third place in the Championship table, with their next match coming against Rotherham United at the New York Stadium.
