The Everton boss has been linked with a move to the Catalan giants.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman has been one of the first names heavily linked with taking over from Luis Enrique at Barcelona. The current Barca boss has decided to step down at the end of the season as the pressure of managing at the Nou Camp becomes too much.
Koeman has quickly become one of the favourites for the role, with his past as a Barcelona player no doubt a contributing factor.
Some have doubted his credentials for such a role, especially as he had a disastrous spell in charge of Valencia in Spanish football.
But one man who thinks he can do the job is Dutchman William van Hanegem. The 73-year-old is a former Dutch international who also managed the likes of Feyenoord and AZ Alkmaar.
He told Algemeen Dagblad that he feels Koeman is perfect for the role:
“He (Koeman) is now linked to the trainer position at Barcelona, it would be nice if he could be there.
“Koeman has that I believe is the hardness that you need as a coach to manage such a locker room full of egos as in Barcelona.”

The Dutchman has been impressive during his more recent managerial roles at Everton, Southampton and with Feyenoord.
He also understands the needs to be a Barcelona boss and the demands of the Blaugrana fanbase.
But van Hanegem goes further than that and feels he can control the big egos at Barcelona if he did end up at the Nou Camp.
