Dutch champions Feyenoord are reportedly interested in signing LA Galaxy prospect Paulo Rudisill.

According to Netherlands-based publication 1908.nl, the 17-year-old attacking midfielder is on the Eredivisie side’s radar as Feyenoord hope to poach Rudisill away from the Galaxy before the MLS giants hand the teenager his first professional start.

As per the report, the ‘exciting’ youngster has already been on trial at Feyenoord, with Rudisill bagging an assist and scoring in a 2-1 win against Mexican side Pachuca FC. And now, Arne Slo is ready to bring the Galaxy talent to Rotterdam.

With Rudisill holding an Italian passport, a move to Europe could be quite easy for the midfielder this summer. And with the prospect making a name for himself this year in MLS Next Pro, Feyenoord could be onto something in moving for the youngster before the hype begins to build.

Indeed, Rudisill is some steps away from starting for the Galaxy’s senior team. And if an offer from Europe is to come in, especially from a club as big as Feyenoord, the 17-year-old would be wise to take the opportunity with both hands.

A US youth international and part of the upcoming MLS NEXT All-Star Game, Rudisill is a talent with the world at his feet. And should Feyenoord make an offer for the teenager, the midfielder will be crazy to reject the chance to join the reigning champions of Holland.

As we know, Feyenoord have an excellent track record of playing and promoting youth players if deemed ready enough for first-team football, and Rudisill could make a name for himself in the Netherlands if given the chance to make the move already to Europe.
