Nuno’s Tottenham Hotspur are now ready to outbid Atletico Madrid for Dusan Vlahovic, according to Alfredo Pedulla.
What’s the story?
The SkySport journalist has reported on his website that Tottenham are willing to pay €60 million (£51.03m) including bonuses for the Fiorentina striker.
That would make the Serbia international striker the second biggest signing in Tottenham’s history.
French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is the record signing for Spurs and cost the North London club £53.8 million.
Defender Davinson Sanchez is the second biggest Spurs arrival at £42 million.
Pedulla has added that Atletico’s offer is lower than Tottenham’s proposed bid.

Exciting update
Pedulla’s update is very exciting for Tottenham fans.
We already know that Spurs want to sign a new striker to play alongside Harry Kane.
We also know that the North London club are interested in Vlahovic and have been speaking to his agent.

Now, Atletico won the La Liga title last season and will play in the Champions League in 2021-22.
If Tottenham are able to beat the Spanish champions to Vlahovic, considering that they will not even play in the Europa League or challenge for the Premier League title this season, then it would be quite a coup.
Vlahovic, 21, scored 21 goals and gave two assists in 34 Serie A starts last season.
