Southampton have been on an inconsistent run in the Premier League of late.
During an interview with the Southern Daily Echo, Southampton star Dusan Tadic highlighted the need for his side to play as a team, if they are to continue their improvement and climb the Premier League table.
The Saints earned a hard-fought victory over Bournemouth on Sunday – a result that lifted them to seventh position in the table, but they are still a full six points behind sixth placed Manchester United.

And Tadic explained what his side need to do, if they are to challenge once again for the Europa League spots come the end of the season, during an interview with the Southern Daily Echo:
“It is really important for us. We need to keep going and show every game that we can do good things. We need to work like a team. Only like that you can get results.”

Claude Puel’s men now face a run of three games over Christmas and the new year which could prove to define their season.
Back-to-back home games against Tottenham Hotspur and West Bromwich Albion respectively are followed by a trip to Everton, and with all of those teams in and around Southampton in the table, they have a fantastic opportunity to really cement their position inside the top-seven of the Premier League table.
