Rangers should consider joining the reported race for Nottingham Forest’s Zach Clough.

Rangers bid farewell to Josh Windass this summer following his move to Wigan Athletic and the club should be looking to bring in a replacement in the remainder of the summer window.
Windass, 24, provided a good threat behind the striker on his day and was a useful option in the number 10 role for the Gers.
Ovie Ejaria looks to have taken that role up for the Light Blues, but manager Steven Gerrard could do with another option for the campaign if they are to compete for silverware.
The Scottish giants should consider turning their attention to Nottingham Forest’s Zach Clough, who is already reportedly on the radar of some league rivals.
According to the Scottish Sun, Aberdeen and Hibernian are both interested in landing the 23-year-old playmaker on loan and that Forest boss Aitor Karanka will sanction his temporary exit this summer.
It could be a no-brainer for Rangers to hijack interest in Clough and convince him to make the switch to Ibrox on loan ahead of Aberdeen or Hibs.

Clough would definitely fill the void left by Windass in the squad as an advanced midfield creator and provide some competition for Ejaria.
He is a highly-rated talent that endured a frustrating campaign last year, but has shown in the past he is a big talent and could be a like-for-like Windass replacement.
Clough has shown he can be a decent goalscoring option during time with Forest and former club Bolton, scoring 27 goals in 108 senior appearances during his career, and is someone that should be on Gerrard’s radar.
