Some Rangers fans on Twitter are furious with reported interest in defender Mark Beevers.

Rangers are reportedly interested in signing defender Mark Beevers from English Championship side Bolton – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are not pleased about the latest speculation.
According to the Daily Express, the Light Blues are keen on the 28-year-old and manager Steven Gerrard has already sent scouts to watch him in action.
The report adds that the Scottish giants have turned to the Bolton centre-back after seeing a £3million bid turned down for Millwall’s Jake Cooper, with the former expected to be a much cheaper option.
Beevers has entered the final year of his contract with Bolton and Gerrard is still looking to improve his defensive options, despite adding centre-backs Connor Goldson and Nikola Katic already this summer.
Beevers would tick a lot of boxes for Rangers given he is left-footed and could provide balance as a natural left-sided defender.

He is a highly experienced centre-back that has racked up 236 appearances in the Championship alone and had spells at clubs such as Bolton, Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday.
However, some of the Rangers supporters are not convinced the 6ft 4in colossus could cut the grade at Ibrox and could point to the fact that he was a mainstay in a Bolton side that narrowly avoided relegation in the Championship last season.
