Steven Gerrard believes his Glasgow Rangers forwards will get better.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has explained he thinks his attackers will improve after a slow start to the season but has full confidence in them.
The Light Blues have just three goals in their three Europa League clashes so far and it is the defence that has shone, with three consecutive clean sheets.
The likes of Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent, Jamie Murphy and Josh Windass will hope they can hit top gear, with the second leg of a Europa League qualifier with NK Osijek on Thursday night.
Gerrard believes it is difficult for attacking players to get into the rhythm of going forward, but expects an increase soon.
“We are still very early into the season and the final third is always later to develop but we are very confident on our attacking players,” Gerrard said during his pre-match press conference before Osijek.

Rangers’ defensive woes really held them back in the last campaign and it seems like the new manager has addressed that problem well.
They have a new-look back line with captain James Tavernier the sole survivor and should be confident ahead of the new league, which starts with a fiery clash against Aberdeen at the weekend.
However, the Scottish giants have their European showdown first and will hope their attackers bring their A game at Ibrox.
