Real Madrid are reportedly interested in Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter feel that offloading him this summer would be a good move.
The Spanish heavyweights are plotting a £60million swoop for the Spurs captain, according to the Sun.
The report explains the shot-stopper would be open to the idea of moving to Spain if Tottenham wanted to offload him, but the Premier League outfit are likely to demand up to £67million if they choose to sell.
Lloris has been a key member of Mauricio Pochettino’s side in recent times and has racked up 254 appearances for the North London club during his six-year stay.
The 31-year-old lifted the World Cup as captain for France this summer, but there is still a suggestion from Spurs fans they would not mind cashing in.
Lloris had a mixed 2017/18 campaign in goal where, at times he made some stunning saves, but also had a collection of unforced errors to suggest he could be on the decline.
He is still the undisputed number one at Tottenham and they would surely have to go out to sign a replacement if he did depart.
