John Arne Riise is blown away by the signings Liverpool have made in recent times, with goalkeeper Alisson Becker the latest to join on Thursday.

Liverpool continued their remarkable transfer window on Thursday night by confirming the signing of goalkeeper Alisson Becker from Roma.
The Merseyside club announced the capture of the Brazil international and he is now set to be the new number one at Anfield.
There has been much talk about the futures of Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet after blunders from both in recent years, and manager Jurgen Klopp has taken the decision to upgrade.
Ex-Liverpool defender John Arne Riise feels that the signings made by the club recently are exactly what has been required and that it has bolstered their spine.
Goalkeeper Alisson, 25, joins the likes of centre-back Virgil Van Dijk, plus midfield pair Fabinho and Naby Keita to arrive in the last year.
“I have always said we needed to strengthen the spine of the team. The players Mr Klopp have signed to strengthen the team is remarkable. Very exciting times,” Riise wrote on his personal Twitter account.

Liverpool appear to be building a side that can compete for major silverware next season and great teams often have a strong core running through the middle.
They seem to have addressed the problem in goal by adding highly-rated shot-stopper Alisson, who kept 22 clean sheets in 49 appearances across all competitions last season for Roma.
Liverpool also have flair players such as Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and another new signing in Xherdan Shaqiri to give them some real firepower.
