Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined the race for Tottenham defender Kieran Trippier.

European heavyweights Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus have reportedly joined the race for Tottenham defender Kieran Trippier.
According to the Daily Mail, they have joined Real Madrid in tracking the 27-year-old after his brilliant performances for England at this summer’s World Cup.
It is understood that Spurs will be reluctant to lose him given his quality and the fact they have failed to make a single signing this summer.
The report adds that Manchester United view the right-back as a successor to Antonio Valencia and have a long-term interest, but a move is more likely to happen a year down the line.
According to the Sun in July, Madrid are willing to fork out £50million to sign Trippier this summer after seeing his reputation rise.
Juventus, PSG and Madrid will be among the favourites to win the Champions League in the upcoming season, but Spurs will also be involved in Europe’s elite club competition after another top-four finish in the last campaign.

Trippier has transformed into one of the best right-backs around under Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino and proved that at international level.
He managed to chip in with nine assists for Spurs last season from full-back to highlight his attacking quality and he was England’s set-piece specialist this summer.
