Max Meyer is reportedly set for a medical with Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace are reportedly poised to sign free agent Max Meyer this summer after he left Schalke at the end of last season.
According to the Guardian, Roy Hodgson’s side are confident of landing the 22-year-old midfielder and he is set to have a medical with the Premier League side today (Tuesday).
Meyer is currently available on a free transfer after his exit from German club Schalke, where he had a fallout with the Bundesliga’s clubs hierarchy.
He can play as an advanced midfielder or in the centre of the park, with his strong range of passing and attacking instinct key to his game.
Meyer does have four senior international caps for Germany and has also made 192 first-team appearances for Schalke despite his tender age.

Meyer could be handed the chance to get his career back on track at Selhurst Park and rediscover the dazzling form that put him on the map as one of Europe’s best upcoming youngsters a few years ago.
Palace have already signed goalkeeper Vicente Guaita this summer and now hope to complete a deal for highly-rated Meyer.
