Some Newcastle fans on Twitter are desperate for the club to sign reported target Jorge.

Newcastle United have reportedly entered talks with Monaco late in the summer transfer window for defender Jorge – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are hoping they can get a deal over the line in time of the 5pm deadline.
According to Le10 Sport, the Magpies have begun discussions for the 22-year-old and are hoping he can add some real competition at left-back for defender Paul Dummett.
However, the report does detail it could be “complicated” for the Premier League side to concluded.
Jorge is an attack-minded full-back renowned for his pace and technical ability, something that saw him move to Monaco last summer.
The Brazilian defender made 27 appearances across all competitions last season for Ligue 1 heavyweights Monaco and chipped in with four assists.

Jorge’s previous experience came in the Brazilian league with Flamengo and he could link up with compatriot Kenedy on the left flank if he moved to St James’ Park.
A selection of Newcastle fans are convinced the Monaco defender could tick a lot of boxes for them and are keen for him to join.
Here is some of the Newcastle reaction to the Jorge speculation:
