Fulham’s Slavisa Jokanovic has looked ahead to the upcoming fixture with Tottenham and is well aware of their quality.

Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic has admitted he hopes Tottenham striker Harry Kane doesn’t end his poor goalscoring record in August when his side come up against him at the weekend.
Spurs’ centre-forward has made 14 Premier League appearances during his career in the month of August and is still yet to score in any of them.
Kane, 25, is renowned as arguably the best striker in English football right now and will be desperate not to make a slow start to the season after drawing a blank against Newcastle United last weekend.
Fulham are away at Spurs on Saturday in their second league match since returning to the top flight and suffered a 2-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in their opener.
Manager Jokanovic has been previewing his side’s upcoming fixture and has picked out Kane as a serious threat they will need to deal with.
“They (Spurs) will press us and are really strong defensively, when they lose the ball they’re one of the best teams to press,” Jokanovic said in his pre-match press conference, as quoted by Football.London.
“August can be so hot for Harry Kane, I hope he doesn’t score against us. It’s not tennis, Kane is one of the best strikers in this moment, but we must be organised to stop him and this kind of the quality players.”

Kane won the World Cup golden boot over the summer and has now turned his attention to domestic games, as he goes in search of 30-goals in all competitions for a third consecutive season with Spurs.
He will have fond memories of playing against Fulham after scoring a hat-trick against them in 2017 in an FA Cup fifth round tie.
