Some Leeds fans have reacted angrily to the news that defender Liam Kitching has departed on loan.

Leeds United youngster Liam Kitching has completed a loan move to National League side Harrogate Town – and the club’s supporters responded to the news in sarcastic fashion.
The 18-year-old defender has penned a new contract at Elland Road until 2021 and immediately linked up with Harrogate on a six-month loan, it has been confirmed by the club.
The centre-back is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Whites and will continue his development away from the Yorkshire club.
He helped Harrogate earn promotion last season during a loan spell with them and will now return to aid them in the fifth-tier of English football.
However, the frustration of Leeds supporters is growing as another a loan exit was sealed and the wait for more high-profile arrivals goes on.

Leeds have welcomed Lewis Baker and Jamal Blackman on loan from Chelsea this summer, but fans were expecting more significant transfers to help them compete for promotion.
Manager Marcelo Bielsa is set for his first taste of the Championship and there is a feeling within the fanbase that the current squad is still a little thin on the ground.
Here is some of the Leeds reaction to Kitching’s exit, as they decided to vent their frustration at a distinct lack of arrivals:
