Former Chelsea star Andre Schurrle faces an uphill battle if he is to be fit for Borussia Dortmund’s game against Tottenham Hotspur next week.

This would make next weekend (18/9) his most likely return date, but a quicker recovery could see him make the trip to London.

Dortmund recently lost star attacker Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona, although have added Ukrainian winger Andriy Yarmolenko to their squad.
