Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah has praised Joe Willock on Instagram for scoring for Newcastle United against Liverpool at Anfield.
Willock, on loan from Arsenal, came off the substitutes’ bench to score for Newcastle in their 1-1 draw with Liverpool away from home at Anfield this afternoon.
The 21-year-old midfielder found the back of the net in the fifth minute of injury time.
Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson and striker Nketiah have praised Willock for his heroics against Liverpool on Instagram, as shown below.
Willock is doing well on his loan spell at Newcastle at the moment and is popping up with important goals for the team.

According to WhoScored, the 21-year-old has made seven starts and three substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Magpies so far this season, scoring four goals in the process.
The midfielder is progressing well under Newcastle manager Steve Bruce, and it will be interesting to see what happens regarding his future.
It would make sense for Willock to stay at Newcastle next season on loan and continue to play regularly and develop his game.
