Some Chelsea fans are urging Willian not to sign for Arsenal, after his latest tweet.

The Brazilian announced that he was leaving Chelsea yesterday, with Arsenal widely expected to be his next destination.

Sky Sports have reported how Arsenal are closing in on a deal to bring in the 31-year-old.

But Chelsea supporters have had one last attempt at trying to convince Willian not to move to the Emirates Stadium.

Despite some Chelsea fans’ wishes it seems that Willian’s arrival at Arsenal is almost inevitable now.

Arsenal were prepared to offer Willian a longer-term contract than Chelsea, and that appears to have convinced the winger to make the switch across London.

Willian’s arrival at Arsenal is set to make Mikel Arteta’s attacking options stronger next term.

Willian scored nine goals and claimed seven assists in the Premier League over the past season and if he can recreate those figures for the Gunners he will be an excellent addition.
